Saw Palmetto Berries C/S

These berries are cut and sifted for ease of tea blend creations.

Saw Palmetto Berries are a dark-purple to black berry that is rich in fatty acids and phytosterols. It is used to promote prostate health.

To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
